Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp. We will verify your claim and arrange an exchange for the correct item.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • For perfumes, the seal must be unbroken.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • T-shirts or shoes that have been worn or washed.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds will only be issued for items that were wrong, defective, or damaged, reported within 24 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to post.
  • Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Important Note

  • If you receive the wrong product, please message or email us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange or refund. After this period, we cannot process exchanges or refunds.
